Where do I find a city bike
The city bikes may be used freely within the City Bike Zone as shown on the map here. The bikes can be picked up from the special bike stands which are marked with the city bike arrangement’s logo and must be returned to another bike stand after use. In order to make the city bike arrangement work as well as possible, the Municipal of Århus requests that the users only park the bikes in the special stands. Likewise, we request that the many “private cyclists” of the city respect that the special bike stands are for the city bikes only.
The city bike zone stretches from Bellevue in the North to Hotel Marselis in the South and from the harbour in the East to Ringgaden in the West. The city bike stands are placed in locations making it possible to reach cultural and recreational locations, educational facilities, train stations, intercity bus stops, and several locations in the inner city.
